Yesterday we prepared a 9m x 5m cape cottage kit home with loft to be delivered to our customers property in Taggerty, north of Melbourne. Normally we would pack the shipping container and send but due to access to the property this one will need to be delivered on a flat tray truck.

Tiffany flat pack granny flat ring steel floor is leveled and ready for the next inspection. Hope fully next week we can start assembling the walls.
Today’s job will be to fix the floor joist that had an unfortunate altercation with a forklift.

A wonderful client from Thornbury purchased one of our Southport garden studios and wanted to know what the easiest method of putting down footings was. Because she already had concrete down I suggested these hard PVC adjustable footings from Bunnings.
